I'm also a thinker, a doer, a swede, a remote-working digital design graduate who works by herself or even better – in a team.
The best thing is to work with people who are as interested in humans and human behaviour as I am and whom thrives to get the best final solution as possible for the user.
I believe that an agile way of working is off the essence, both with teammates and clients.
I'm an insight and research driven person, who prototypes my steps on the target group to challenge the confirmation bias.
In projects I strive to have a human design thinking mindset when solving the problems. It's been importent for me to be in the hole process from the quantitative and quality research to get user insights to create the solution. And then to design the interface.
