Research

We found that menopause is extremely individual and can last for several years. Whilest some women barely notice it others go through,  what they call, “a personal hell”.

Through workshops we identified different reasons for leaving the app, so called crack of doubts. This lead us to three main user groups with different needs, which we tracked through customer journeys.

Key insights

Menopause is extremely individual and to meet the different needs of women the off boarding needs to be customised as to why they are leaving.

Solution

An off-boarding, where women, depending on their experience, are categorized into one of the three user groups. This way they’re given an ending that offers support and help to their individual needs.

The three endings differ in tonality and content, and offers insights and advice from the data that the women has entered during her usage of the app.
